She looks at him expectantly, but it quickly dawns that she probably knows the town much better. Going out and wandering around town was somewhat of a hobby for her as a young child.
Hm, they shouldn't go somewhere too public since she wanted to avoid any troubles of being seen together. But it couldn't be too far so that returning home would take long either...
...Oh, underneath that old stone bridge could do the job. Since a newer bridge was built a few years ago, only travelers following outdated maps would cross that old battered thing. The fact that it was still standing and in one piece despite zero efforts to preserve it was amazing. And since it hadn't rain in a while, the river would be low.
It was deserted, nearby and mostly importantly, seclude. In other words, the ideal place.
Come on, I know the perfect hiding spot where we can be dry off and wait for the rain to stop.
